Ecstasy comes in many forms. It is a rising of truth energy. It’s a wildness that isn’t meant to be contained.

Within you, lives a yes space. It’s the place where your wild originates and knows just what to do and how to be.

Desire is a (com)passionate freedom. 

Desire invites us to choose ourselves—our sacred yes space. This is what self-care is. So much wisdom and joy—healing and empowerment lives inside this choice.

Massage, candles, sacred baths, exquisite oils and beautiful external environments are invitations to internal, deep, loving care of you and your life. Self-care fills us, fuels us, when we caretake ourselves in both ways.

What is pulling you now, asking for your attention?
